Told they where taking new patients. I had my records transferred to this office. His staff had 0 decency to return my calls to schedule an appointment. He needs to hire better staff!.
Failed root canal. Also had a crown that fell off, which should never happen. Terrible receptionist that lies constantly. Several times was supposed to be reimbursed for work that was paid out of pocket that insurance ended up covering; receptionist always had an excuse and never got reimbursed. Used to be lots of negative reviews, somehow all are taken down? Must have hired out help to remove them somehow. Beware this place..
I'm always apprehensive about going to the dentist. Dr Pavalock and his staff were kind and procedure very gentle. I had two front teeth worked on and really didn't feel a thing. I will be returning soon for more work. I highly recommend, I have always been letting friends know..
The smile center is the best place and always available. I never have wait the staff is always pleasant. And the doctor is awesome.????.

Dr. Bozza is a knowledgeable Dentist, has many plaques of certification on his walls. I needed to replace a broken tooth, and my choices were, a bridge, or an implant. I know that my out of pocket for a bridge would be over $2k, and the life expectancy is only 10-12 years. Eventually the base tooth breaks. An implant would be less expensive, and last longer. The only problem is, my insurance won't cover any of the cost. Dr. Bozza quoted me a price lower then the cost of the bridge. At times he seems a little rushed in his chair side manor. He is a good dentist, and he cares about his patients. I am very happy with the work he has done so far. There is more to do to finish the work that was started. I would recommend this dentist.
