He\'s now refusing United healthcare and all community plans. I thought he was a nice guy. Don\'t let him fool you. None of my relatives or friends will be doing business with this man in the future.

When I lived in Terre Haute, my husband and I visited this dentist office a couple of times. The bills arrived months after the appointment with late fees on them even though it was the first bill sent! I had to call to get those removed. Then there were some other charges that had to be removed. When I asked about the high charge for a porcelain filling I was told that we were told our insurance didn't cover it as well and that we were given a choice and we chose porcelain. It was even "documented in our record". That's funny because the filling was in a wisdom tooth, so why would I pay more to hide it? I was certainly not impressed.
