How Patients Feel
FAIRPatient Reviews
1The dentist that did my evaluation was curt. The office staff were wonderful! Their office is NOT handicapped accessible for regular/bariatric wheelchairs or power scooters for anyone that is on the heavier size. The doorways are tight, and the offices where they work on patients are at a v shaped entrances, which require some walking to get into the chair. If you can't walk more than a few steps, don't go there. Additionally, they initially could accept a narrow stretcher to bring someone to their appointment, and then denied they ever said that, even though the ambulance company called ahead of time to verify that they would be able to fit. The office then denied a small stretcher could fit either. Hmmm... so if that is the case, what if there is an emergency for someone in there who is in medical distress? I'd go elsewhere if you have medical/mobility challenges.
