I have tried several different dentists in the past and some of them turned into long term pains and major disappointment; I tried doctor Hall after looking at a few reviews online, and it proved to be an excellent choice. From the get go, staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Kim, the office assistant, called me several times to make sure I didn't forget my appointments! I needed a root canal real bad and unlike many horror stories from friends and family, the injections, tooth drilling and after surgery pain was inexistent!! In fact, I didn't even need to take pain medicine after any of the steps; That is a credit to how smooth Dr Hall operates. He is very gentle and always gives you options and answers your questions before doing anything. He also offered to provide a quote after initial diagnosis but before starting the work which I thought was an honest touch to avoid $$ surprises. Dental assistant Sarah is also one of the best I've interacted with; She operates with great care without glitches; My mouth has never been so comfortably dry than when Sarah takes care of it during any of the phases; It's rare enough to point it out; Time to pay when I had another good surprise in store: the final price was lower than the quote! I'll be back for my next cleaning! Highly recommended dentitst!

Dr. Doug Kong is an outstanding dentist, he is very skilled, friendly and caring. His staff is also outstanding! I have gone to Dr. Kong for almost 20 years.
