I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Brinkley in Taylorsville for ten years until he moved his practice closer to his families home. I always received the utmost care and patience with my children. We never experienced any billing issues and they were good stewards in the community contributing to school activities and volunteering giving back to the neighborhoods where they practiced..
This man should not be aloud to practice as a veterinarian much less a dentist. He had an office in Taylorsville NC before coming to Charlotte where he billed his patients insurance and made them pay cash also and then NEVER provided them the services that was paid for multiple times. He then packed up his practice, left all his loyal employees holding the bag and opened up in Charlotte NC. I'm not sure how long he thinks his luck will last doing people this way. PLEASE BEWARE of this man! He will do harm to a patient if it will get him paid. If anyone else reads this and has already become a victim of Jack Brinkley please contact me @ [email protected] so I can point you in the right direction to get help. God Bless.
LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!! Thank you for the wonderful service . Your office is spotless and always decorated for the holidays and the staff is cheerful and welcoming. Thank you Leslie for the refreshing cleaning and thank you Dr Groce for making room to see my friend Karen when she had an emergency. Others turned her away but you made room for her. She said she will be back..

I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately..
