Very unprofessional the way I was spoken to today by the Manager Julie about my sons treatment plan and what I wasn’t comfortable with for my son she made me feel even more uncomfortable and I did not want my son to have any work completed here.
Dr Kathleen Hoye apparently neglects to bill insurance and then expects patients to make total payment. Her bill to patient is verbal. Temporary filling fell out in 21 hours. Other time,planned to do minor filling, x ray and still did not notice infection until middle of drilling. Did not know any oral surgeon to fix her error and left me to find one. Very frightening, only have seen her when other dentist in Taunton not available..
Dr. Mehta is amazing night reccomend.
