I've been going to Dr. Large my whole life, and I'm 20 now. All the staff is very caring and he's very gentle with his cleaning. 9 times out of 10, as soon as I walk in (even if I'm early) they take me right back. Today I was in and out in 20 minutes for a routine cleaning. I'm dreading the say he's not my dentist anymore..
We were billed an excessive amount following treatment that is usually covered by our premium dental insurance plan. To be safe with this dentist I would recommend that before you have anything done find out what the charges are..

The dental care itself is fine. But, if you ever find that you need to pay a larger balance over time, beware. Money comes before customer service here. They were rude to me in person about a balance due - when I was there for my daughter's appointment and she was openly sobbing about getting a filling for the first time - it couldn't wait for a phone call or something? And now, they send hostile letters to me about the balance, comparing it to getting milk from the store without paying. Really?.
