2Not only is the staff unprofessional and answers personal phone calls while you are waiting ( for an extended period of time ) for Dr. Bastien to stop by your room, but the billing nightmare is beyond comprehension. I\'m still waiting on a reimbursement owed to me, since my insurance paid the claim in full! I\'ll be filing an official complaint with the Consumer Office.
