1I prepaid for a lot of dental work with these guys. On my first appointment they took me back and I had a clipboard shoved in my face by a gal who only said "sign this". I asked what it was for and she read the title on the page to me. It was a release of liability form, which is standard and that's fine. I chalked it up to needing better customer service training. I figured that did not necessarily mean a thing about how good the dentist was at what he did. Last week, I got some fillings. My teeth still hurt. I have left two voice mails asking to be seen because of it. I had to go in, in person to talk to them. They did not know anything about the phone calls and just said "well a lot of people call and there are only so many of us to answer the phones" She set me up an appointment "The earliest I have is Friday at 1:30pm. I am on a Motrin diet right now. I am looking for a new dentist and once I find one will cancel the appointment and demand a refund for the things they have not completed yet.

1Professional discussed options kept me involved in my care. Made sure i was comfortable and knowledgeable about my portion and insurance responsibility. Discussed after care suggestions moving forward was not pushy did not make me feel as if it was about his revenue but the best dental for me and cost.

2Had a rotten tooth. .. Was referred here. They got me in same day and made privisions to pull it same day. Great atmosphere, super friendly, down to earth staff... Everyone of them. Make you comfortable and do an excellent job. Ill keep going here. Couldn\'t be happier!
