How Patients Feel
NEGATIVEPatient Reviews
1Worst experience ever. I went to him, and as a lay person I knew a needed a root canal. He insisted, "no, a filling will work." He put a filling in too deep so the filling touched my nerve and I was in excruciating pain. I called him the next day, and he said "come in and we'll do a root canal, but I'll have to charge you $90 more per hour because it's an "emergency" visit." Newsflash Dr. McFadden, YOU CAUSED the emergency situation, so it's unethical to charge me "more." Of course, I didn't want McFadden butchering my teeth further, so I went to a competent dentist to clean up his mess. Sitting in the chair as he began to incompetently deal with my teeth, I realized I was on the cutting edge of 1972 dental technology, but it was too late to pull the drill out. I recommend Dr. McFadden retire and do no more damage to patients. Avoid him at all costs...Dr. Procopio is excellent. He's in Fayetteville, but it's worth the drive.
