3This is a response to my 9/22/18 post. Diane in their billing department, contacted me today. After several phone calls with the secondary insurance, they were able to determine that we do not owe any additional money. To be exact they will be providing us a nice refund once the plan pays. The office should be very pleased with her hard work and dedication that she put forth today, I know I am.
