I really want to share with other people about my experience here. First of all. My very first visit I was rushed in & out. I left from a teeth cleaning, not feeling so clean. I was like ok, maybe that was just a bad day or something. I went back 6 months later for another teeth cleaning. Was told I had 6 cavities after having my son & that we should get started on them right away before they become something bigger. I do have dental insurance. They gave me the price breakdown and everything. So I started by getting my left side worked on (I was told I had 2 more cavities then also. Making that 8 total). They redid one of my fillings and then did 3 more on my left side. $200 and some dollars later because I got the white resin fillings. She ended up having to drill more on my 1 tooth and then had to keep adding more to the filling. Then it became very time consuming & I feel like she tried rushing through my fillings. Yes, it took a little more time but dont rush! While I was in the chair being worked on, 2 hygenist's came in saying there were 2 people done and waiting for her. I left there with an odd feeling filling but they insisted thats how it had to be and I just felt like they rushed through my fillings & didn't take the time to make sure I was happy with it. Its still sharp feeling like they missed a spot. A good dentist would allot enough time for needing to drill deeper and take the time to make sure they did a great job and take pride in their work. I just cannot believe how I was treated. Like I was just a number and I needed to get out of there so they could get to the next patient. *So after that experience I did not go back to get the rest worked on & made an appointment at a dentist I know and trust back home in Pennsylvania. Dr. Heise in Elysburg PA. My densist did x-rays and they did a NICE thorough cleaning. My dentist said my teeth look great & could not see or feel any cavities at all whatsoever! I left Dr. Heise's office feeling like my teeth were nice & clean & not questioning 1 bit of what was done. Steer clear of Dr Conely Family dentistry. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I have dental insurance. I'm so glad I went for a second opinion before I let them do the rest of my fillings I was told I needed!.
Great office. Front desk is a little rough, but I think they have to be to keep the appts straight. I have NEVER waited here! They are very timely. Everyone is super nice. The dentist does her job, checking for major issues after the hygenist, it's a team. Great with my son as well, who is 11. Great play area if you have younger kids with you. Paperless digital everything. I had my infant with me once for a filling and the hygenists took turns holding him while Dr Conley fixed a filling for me..
