Horrible experience. 1.5 hours just for extremely painful X-rays and Exam. X-ray machine is ancient and huge/hurts. Nurse quiet and unfriendly. Dentist quiet and slightly rude. I'm high anxiety and had a horrible time and it took so long. Dentist told me only option is root canal which is not OHP approved. Next day tooth broke again and extraction was never mentioned. 0/10 would not recommend. Dirty floor too. Try to make me wait 3 months to even touch broken tooth because of appointment bookings.

Excellent dental experience... Dr. Baird is wonderful, as is the entire staff. They are kind and you leave feeling truly cared for. They are very conscientious, and are always making sure you are comfortable and are not feeling any pain. This is the best dental office experience I've had in 20 years. I am so happy I found them and can feel confident that I will be happy when I leave their office.
