2The office manager was extremely rude. There was miscommunication regarding a new appointment. We either wrote the time down wrong or we were told (an later confirmed) the wrong time. Either way the office refused to remake the appointment saying that they would no longer be in business if they were to allow no shows in their business. It was also explained that obviously we did not understand how medical offices were ran. We won't be recommending this dentist. I would not even give 1 star
