I moved to Florida from another state and was incredibly pleased that I chose Dr. Baitinger with Baylee Dental! I was met with friendliness from the front staff, dental assistants and most certainly Dr. Baitinger. The pleasant office environment helps calm any nerves you may have and ensures a wonderful experience. I have recommended Dr. Baitinger to others needing a new dentist as well as to those already using another facility. Keep up the fantastic work!.
Dr. Catherine Baitinger is by far one of the most PROFESSIONAL dentists I’ve ever encountered! She’s thorough, gentle, and honest and I have recommended her to many friends here in the area..
I couldn't be less happy with Dr Baitinger today! I finished cancer treatment a year ago. My cleaning was scheduled for today & Dr. Baitinger refused me treatment because I have chosen to NOT have any more radiation of any kind unless medically necessary. I was told by the hygienist that the doc said it was a liability risk to do an exam without X-rays! What about the liability to my body AND the risk of gum disease because I was refused treatment? I volunteered to sign a release from liabilty but apparently that is NOT an option. MY BODY my decision, but you had no concern for MY concerns, and only on potential litigation. What happened to your web statement"Building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals is vital to our success." & the do no harm doctors oath! It is ludicrous to me as a long time patient to be denied a cleaning until I feel ok with having more radiation zapped into my body for NO GOOD REASON! & she made the hygienist tell me to boot!.
