Had family and friends refer me to Dr. Worley. I literally just hung up the phone with one of the worst receptionist ever. By far the worst encounter EVER! I was very respectful and was looking forward to becoming a new patient. I had a few questions I needed answered and to set up an appointment. The entire call I was being cut off. Very poor customer service and extremely rude. I am not sure if I want to be seen just by dealing with her nasty attitude. I am so taken back with this treatment..
