I had a terrible experience with this dental office. First of all, the front office lady, Michelle, was rude and unprofessional. I had to wait forever before I was seen, and then Dr. Gates was trying to push me into getting more stuff done with my teeth than I really needed. Second, they overly exaggerated my small problem, to make it look like it was a very serious issue. To put it short, they are going to force you do more procedures to make you pay pay more. .
Some of the finest Dentistry work I've experienced, the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their respective jobs. Dr Gates has a great bedside manner and a sense of humor. You'll get a friendly hello when entering the office and a well wishing as you leave, by people who know your name. .
If you're looking for an amazing dentist in Las Vegas, look no further than Dr. Gates. He is the best of the best. He has an incredible knowledge of dentistry, he and his staff are friendly and helpful, and his office is clean and calming. He will also eliminate any fear or misgiving you have about going to the dentist (I have never seen anyone do numbing shots like he does. You honestly can't feel a thing, it's amazing!) I have gone to him for years, and last year he did Invisalign for me and I couldn't be more thrilled with my teeth. Thank you, Dr. Gates!.
