I began seeing Dr Alan Nath more than 40 years ago- super dentist, perfectionist in all procedures. Began seeing Dr Stacey Nath-Vinick at least 30 years ago- Dr Stacey is also a perfectionist. i would definitely recommend her for all dental procedures. she explains what needs to be done, how it will be done- and answers all questions. she is caring about her patients and dental work with her is stressless. GREAT DENTIST!!!!!.
Dr. Kirschbaum is a very patient and positive natured dentist. She is great with my son who has some attention issues and explains what she is doing and why things need to be done. I have never had an issue with scheduling and/or receiving emergency visit appt. The office staff is also very friendly..
We have been patients of this practice since we moved to CT in 1988. Dr Eileen sees the kids and Dr Ron the adults. I HAD a terrible fear of going to the dentist due to a traumatic experience as a child and this is no longer an issue. We all feel comfortable and extremely well cared for. The few times we have had an urgent issue, we were called back quickly and attended to. Drs Ron and Eileen are the best!.
I called Suffield Eye Care on Friday, August 22 at 8:45 a.m. after our new puppy ate my eyeglasses (such is Life with Puppy). My question was an easy one: do you accept VSP eye care health insurance? The woman who answered the phone there was brusque at first, but it was a Friday, and early in the morning, so hey, everyone should get a pass. But then she became downright nasty. I asked, "Do you accept VSP eye care health insurance?" This was her answer, "Yes we do. I know we do, and so does everyone else in the world." Before I could respond, she slammed down the phone . WHAT in the WORLD did that that statement mean? Aside from the obvious hostility, it was a nonsensical response. There was no context for it. No prior conversation between us. I asked her a question. She went for my throat. It was absolutely surreal. DRS. COLO AND DR. GOLDSTEIN WOULD BE WELL ADVISED TO TAKE PRECAUTIONARY STEPS AGAINST THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR AMONG THEIR STAFF. IT IS COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE. Sufflied Eye Care, do you want new patients? Better not treat people like this. I will NEVER bring my business to Sufflield Eye Care. Not worth risking another episode like that. And if this is their best face forward, I shudder to think what goes on behind closed doors there. .
I just became a new patient here after receiving a recommendation; it's a lovely facility with a friendly staff, kind doctors and comprehensive care. Will be my dentist from now on..
