Extremely unprofessional, no receptionist and they don't know how to communicate properly. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all cost.
I have had at least 6 dentists but Dr. Janosik is the only dentist that has done right by me. I have a very low tolerance for the pain and discomfort at the dentist. He has many years of experience as a dentist, aka many years of wisdom. He is Highly-skilled and has the most gentle touch. He also has no problem helping numb the pain with a little more Novocaine. After my 1st appointment with him I knew I would never have another bad experience at the dentist again..

Excellent service, most friendly staff and Dr. Lisa Sanfelippo is specially very fine, caring and a kind doctor, since she is the only one accepting the state insurance at the moment in Milwaukee,my son won't be getting any treatment otherwise. He is getting world class service no matter what kind of insurance we have,which I am really grateful of them.They deserve 5 stars for sure!.

I started going here late last year and saw Dr Mark Amidei. I vocalized my opinion of being at the dentist and how disturbed I was just sitting in that chair. Let me say he is an angel! He took it step by tiny step with me, telling me everything he was about to do, even let me listen to my tunes on my phone! I was so calm that the appointment was over way too fast! If you have a fear of dentists, drills, all that, this one will bend over backwards to make sure you are calm! More than that, he even got into the music with me a little bit! For all the hemming and hawing it took to get me there he made it feel like it was absolutely nothing! I already scheduled 2 more appointments with him so he can give me the beautiful smile that I deserve :) If you need a dentist and your heart races thinking about it, if you are afraid or ashamed of the state of your teeth... I've been there and I am telling you, shouting to you, this is your angel in disguise! He is the ONLY dentist for me! Thanks doc!.
