Unprofessional and extremely unethical..
When my tooth pain was unbearable, I went to this dental office for help. I have been a patient here for over 20 years. I had a severely damaged tooth and was in extreme pain. The Streetsboro dentist sent me to an Endodontist for an Xray scan. That specialist said my tooth had many breaks and I should go back to my dentist's office and have it extracted. So, I immediately called my dentist and he said he would not take it out. I had to find another dentist in a hurry. I called the dental professor who had taught my dentist, Dr Rosenthal, in college. The professor couldn't understand why my dentist would not help me, and he quickly found me an appointment at his dental office so I would not have to suffer any longer..
Dr. Salami hand his staff are fantastic. At 42 years old I had a life changing dental procedure and they made it so much easier with compassion and care..
I went in just for a consultation for a painful wisdom tooth and another I was unsure about. The Dr told me they both definitely needed out and that if it worked for me could be done at the same appointment. I was terrified but the whole staff made me very comfortable! Great business and staff!.
Wish I could rate as 10 star. Best dentist and staff EVER. I'm a huge baby when it comes to the dentist (at 29) and the staff let me hold their hands when I'm worked up ;) I will always recommend people to this dentist..
