Now that I am leaving CT., I could not do so without letting everyone know how great Dr. Cohen and his team at Trumbull Smiles are. Being a former Dental Hygienist, I am extremely picky when it comes to finding a new Dentist. However, due to major surgery and some post op complications it had been awhile since my last dental visit. I was embarrassed to go to someone new as my mouth was in really bad shape as I'd always taken such good care of my teeth. Dr. Cohen was amazing, I was not the least bit uncomfortable from the minute I sat in the chair. Plus due to my surgery, it is not easy for me to lay back or sit for long periods of time so they worked it out to do all my work in one visit using nitrous (my request) and it was wonderful. Everything that needed to be done was done and I was asleep the whole time. I've been back a few times and feel like a member of the family. Everyone who works there is professional and friendly and truly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They truly do everything to help you out and work around your time, your needs and your level of comfort and even offer you help in financing the work you need done. I will surely miss everyone and do not look forward to having to find a new dentist!!

REFUSED TO ALLOW THE PARENT OF A SCARED TODDLER TO ACCOMPANY SAID TODDLER INTO THE ROOM... she was good with my child and she has a good demeanor, BUT a parent should NEVER be kept from their scared child, needless to say, we are switching pediatric dentists

I first came under Dr Gordon’s care about 40 yrs ago. I had been diagnosed with Lymphoma of the jaw which would require radiation of the jaw and chemotherapy. I would lose all of my teeth and require full mouth dentures. Dr.Gordon was just a resident, but he sugested that if the surgeons would insert implants where he would need them,he felt he could create semi—permanent dental prostheses that would allow me to eat comfortably! And he did and they did for almost 40 yrs.!A kind, wonderful Doctor!
