5I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Stephens at Transcendental dentistry because I\'ve heard positive things about her work. I scheduled an appointment for 10 AM but arrived an hour early because I knew I would have to fill out new patient paperwork. The 9 AM hour passed and than it was 10 AM. The 10 AM hour passed and it was nearly 11 AM. I approached the receptionist and asked her if I would be charged for canceling an appoint and she stated no. No new patient should be treated like this.

4Long waits. Bad service. Waited an hour my first visit. Gave Dr. Harrell a second chance and I wasn\'t seen for two hours my second visit. She told me that in order to be seen on time, I need to make appointments for early in the morning. Won\'t be back. My tooth is still not fixed. You\'ve been warned.
