How Patients Feel

22I have been going to Dr Zak\'s for years, but lately there have been issues. The current policy is to come in for X-rays and then join a Zoom-type meeting with a dentist to go over your X-rays. You then speak with a coordinator who tells you what you need to do- and most importantly- how much it will cost. Whatever the coordinator inputs into your file, is what you are stuck with in regards to the treatment plan and Dr Zak\'s will be giving you appointments based on whatever is written in your treatment plan. If for example, you want a cheaper type of crown rather than the porcelain one recommended to you, it could take two weeks to get the treatment plan corrected. Also discuss everything in advance or you could end up with a grey filling instead of a white one, for example. I do recommend Dr. Chung. He is quick to administer pain relief; other staff members: not so much. Pain is probably the number reason people avoid the dentist. Prices are very high here, lots of up-charges
