Usually, I am more than Happy to come to this practice, but today I am fed up! I arrived 5 minutes earlier than my appointment and left 35 minutes later without being seen. I was so mad I literally had tears in my eyes. No one said anything. No explanation, but, \"I guess this took longer than expected\". My time is just as valuable as the next person. Had someone came my first 10 minutes of waiting I think I could consider they valued my time. For me, today I give them a zero!
