46The staff was great. And our x-rays, cleanings and exams were well done and professional. However, my husband and I had back to back appointments at 11 and 11:30 and when we arrived at 10:45, there were 8 people in the waiting room at least 2 of them said aloud that they also had 11 am appointments. We didn't get called until 11:40 for our 11 am appointment and then I was called at 12 for my 11:30. The front desk person apologized several times for the delay, explaining that the first few patients of the day had been late, slowing down the entire day. (The office is only open from 9-2 on Saturdays.) While I completely understand that this happens, it was a bit frustrating and not the very best first impression of the office! On top of this, we were asked to complete the paperwork I had submitted in advance via the doczoc website while booking my appointment online. I explained this and was told that their computer system was down. I reminded them that I had completed the paperwork about a month ago online and it should be saved accessible via zocdoc. Upon further checking, it was located. Again, just a little frustrating! But once inside for the actual appointments, everything was positive and, as of now, my husband and I do plan to return to the office for ongoing care.
