University Dental Care

I have had several appointments with Dr. Devorak and can honestly say his work is shoddy. I have had to have much of the work re-done and one filling remains that he didn\'t seal properly, which means that\'s another one I have to have redone. He makes appointments for only 30 minutes, which means getting just a small amount of work done takes several visits. Never again.

Unprofessional. Fraudulent. Unhygienic. The place looks more like a shady tattoo parlor than a dentist's office. The place is dirty! The instruments they use look like they are of second world war vintage. The staff have poor personal hygiene. Did I say Fraudulent? Yes. University Dental Care in State College is run by an absentee Dentist/Businessman named Harkeshwar Sandhu who runs this shady business from California. When I went for routine dental cleaning, the dental hygienist insisted on doing an X-ray (even though I had an X-ray done during a previous visit 6 months prior). In addition, they billed me $89 for "emergency palliative treatment" when there was no problem to be treated and no treatment given. Billing for procedures never performed. Performing unnecessary procedures. This is fraud, folks. If you have had similar experience with Harkeshwar Sandhu, report him for fraud and get him behind bars where he belongs.
