Professional Statement

trong>Dr. Steven Bloom, completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology  at SUNY Binghamton, NY. He then received his Dental Degree from Emory University School of Dentistry. He then received his Advanced General Dentistry Residency at University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ.  He moved to St. Petersburg and there opened a dental practice with his wife, Dr. Charlene Wygodski, in 1987. 

They  reside in St. Pete and have 2 sons. Dr. Bloom is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of Laser Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, the West Coast Dental Assoc. and is a member and past President of the the Pinellas County Dental Association.  He also actively participates in several local dental study clubs. 

In 2008, Dr. Bloom was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Dentists.  Only about 3.5% of all dentists in the US have been granted Fellowship in the ACD, which is a distinct honor and by invitation only.

Dr. Bloom aims to create a positive dental experience for all of his patients.  His goal is to provide the most current, up-to-date dental techniques and his office is committed to providing excellent patient care in a comfortable and relaxed environment. 

Our office also has a Dental Health Savings membership plan available for those patients that have no insurance and desire good dentistry that is affordable.
