Very good service.
Good service,.
The doctors and staff are for the most part very nice. The receptionists also are very helpful. One of the biggest downfalls of this place is that no one ever answers the phone! They keep you on hold forever and if you are truly feeling ill but can't afford an ER then this is where you should go....if they ever answer your call in order to schedule an appointment. They also don't follow the schedule that is posted online. It says they are open on Saturday but when you call it says they are closed....even though they ARE open. It says they open at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesdays....but when you call it says they are closed until 9:00 a.m. The doctors do care...but it seems like the staff that is in charge of answering phone calls don't...or they would answer and at least let you know they are aware you are calling. There's not even an option to leave a message..
I would recommend Woodbury dental arts very professional in the most up-to-date equipment they were fantastic.
I don’t usually write reviews but I don’t think Dr. Kamel is the right dentist for me. First off, he’s not that personable and hardly took a look in my mouth before recommending all of these treatment plans. Invisalign for TMJ, 4 fillings, a crown. I have underlining health condition (anxiety/PTSD) that I am currently being treated for. As Dr. Kamal was filling my cavity his exact words were “You need to get over this dental fear or your whole mouth is going to rot” I couldn’t believe he had said that. I am obviously there, seeking treatment for a reason and my teeth aren’t that terrible. I found that all he needed to do was be reassuring, caring/comforting and maybe show a bit of empathy for his patient. He doesn’t know my story so it was very invalidating and it was the tone he had said it in. When he first comes into the room, it’s never a “hi” or “how are we doing today” it was “are we ready” to his assistant and starts putting the Novocain in. I am contemplating on returning. I am going to get a second opinion elsewhere..
Great dentist and team..
