22Did a crown on wrong tooth; temporary crown had sharp edges that cut up my tongue, had to be sanded down three times, then popped off when flossing on the evening that the doctor went on vacation. He DID recommend another dentist who would fix any problems for free, and that doctor did the temporary crown with no problems.

1Dr. Boyce is rude! I attempted to ask him a question before getting my X-Ray. He did not answer my question. He yelled at Dr. Karabas in front of me and then said he did not have time to see me. I was 20 minutes EARLY to my appointment and only spent about 3 minutes with the tech. I only spent about 10 seconds with Dr. Boyce and that is when he was yelling at me. The receptionist is also very rude. My family has never missed an appointment, but SMD canceled three of our previous appointments. Terrible. Steer clear. They do not care about you! A female should never be yelled at by their male Boss. Sad

1I had a injury to my mouth and was terrified. Felt like my jaw was cracked! Dr. Clemons was reassuring, gentle and explained everything in detail. I was well taken care of. His staff was efficient and easy-going. I found a new dentist!
