Had great service.
I had a molar that was giving me trouble and I had reached my threshold on the pain that I was experiencing. I went into River City Dental and I was treated with kindness, respect, compassion, and as an equal partner in my decision regarding my tooth. Dr. Sinclair listened to what I wanted done she explained in detail what to expect Dr. Sinclair took the time to explain the pros and cons and after everything was said and done and she went to work on my mouth she had my tooth pulled before I even realize that she had pulled the tooth! Everyone from the front staff, to the assistant, to the Dentist was truly professional and very compassionate. If you are afraid of dentists this would be the dental office you would want to see, if you have young children you want to go to this dental office, if you have a troublesome tooth or any other kind of dental problem this is the dental office you want to visit. This will be the dental office I will be visiting in the future and I am so glad that I made the decision to go there. Thank you again Dr. Sinclair and to the staff of River City Dental. I was in substantial pain until I went to this clinic and was prescribed antibiotics and pain killers. I was kinda embarrassed to go to the dentist after so many years of not seeing one. I had a root canal. The staff were exceptional .
