I have seen doctor Marshall in the past. He was excellent. We move away for 10 to 15 years. We are now back and I\'m looking forward to having him as our dentist again.

After having many bad-to-tramatic experiences with other dentists in the area, we finally discovered Dr. Francis. He was young, but knew what he was doing, and explained every decision in full. With TMJ and other issues, Dr. Francis has provided the best care we ever received. Dr. Rachel Shaw is a new dentist there, and is also excellent. As our children have grown and left the nest, they continue to come to appointments from as far away as Los Angeles, and now bring their own children here.

Dr. Nelson is VERY nice. He is just not a great dentist. He had to numb me 7 times and took over an hour for one \"small\" cavity. He wasn\'t careful with his instruments. It felt like they were banging around on all my other teeth. Sometimes things don\'t go smoothly and I get that, but 3 months ago, my husband had a very similar experience with Dr. Nelson and spent 4 hours in the dentist chair for a crown that he was told would take about an hour. Love Springville Dentistry Office still.
