3Deeply disappointed and after several years as a patient, will not be returning. Front desk staff is good, but my issue comes from the actual dental care--or lack of dental care--from the back office staff. I was left waiting for nearly an hour (not a single update or acknowledgement) and then told they didn\'t have time to provide the scheduled cleaning, I would have to schedule another time. Disrepectful and rude. No thank you, I\'ll go to a provider who cares.
