2I was extremely disappointed in Dr. Knipschild and her office staff. I was charged for services which I specifically declined. They filed an insurance claim for those services and I was very surprised to get a bill and notification from the insurance company. I called twice to clarify; the staff was condescending and Dr. Knipschild would not review the situation. Deeply, deeply disappointed. No integrity at this office. This was deceptive and dishonest.
