I called for an emergency ad hoc appointment due to a problem I was having with my mouth/teeth and guess what...the doctor stayed late and put me in on the schedule (Dr. Morris even waited as unfortunately I was running late due to traffic). The initial encounter you receive is with the reception/other staff which was personable, friendly and customer centric-treated me like family Dr. Morris was professional, assessed me and walked me through what was required. Bottom line superior service!
