You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly.
Both my husband and I have had fillings fall out (within two years). Other work done improperly:Dr. R saw my husband every quarter and never noticed that he had an impacted wisdom tooth that was so badly absessed that my husband needed emergency removal of the wisdom tooth. Our current dentist said Dr. Rs root canal procedure did not go deep enough and now my husband will lose that tooth, and that was within the same month the work was done. Dr. R sold a partial to me when I had only two teeth on top to chew against, and those teeth needed to come out! Dr. R also worked on a friend who needed a partial. He did root canal & crowns, but did not properly prep the crown to accept the partial (that was later made by another dentist).I was shocked to learn that this is the only recourse for patients ... to write a review. There is no agency to enforce the ethics patients expect. Isnt there a fiduciary responsibility to "do the right thing"? The ADA doesnt even have a place to review a dentist like this. And there are no laws to protect you either. Always get a second opinion???We will not be going back to Dr. Rybicki and I tell all my friends and anyone I meet what our experience has been. Oh, and I did not have insurance when he made my partial, so not only did I spend almost $1900.00 on something I could not use, but in all the trips for fitting, he did not fill the three cavities he said I had. Our current dentist ended up pulling those teeth.All I can do is hope that what goes around comes around (as in karma)..
My entire family goes to this office and we are 100% satisfied. My 9-year old daughter has quite a few problems with her mouth, and Dr. Rybicki is making her look like the beautiful girl she is. I too have had my share of bad dentists but not here!! The office staff is great and Dr. Rybicki is a gem. The office hours are great and accommodating for any families needs..
