I have struggled with sleep for 30 years but I thought it was more of a nasal issue, never considering sleep apnea. Dr. Edgar diagnosed and treated my sleep apnea, even though I was totally unaware that I had sleep apnea. After wearing the sleep appliance for 2 months, I noticed that my heart arrhythmias had diminished. I have had PVC's and PAC's for 30 years but never realized that sleep apnea was the cause. Also, after putting the mouth appliance in each night, I quickly fall asleep. Before wearing the appliance, it would take 1.5 hours on average to fall asleep. Between the correction of my heart arrhythmias and quickly falling asleep, the mouth appliance has been life-changing for me. I highly recommend the dental mouth appliance that Dr. Edgar prescribed for me if you are struggling with sleep issues. As for dental issues, Dr. Edgar is very caring and thorough, taking the time to make sure that I understand the importance of the procedure and what to expect..
Dr. Lee is kind, knowledgeable, and reasonable. He is one of the only dentists who has not recommended for me to have my wisdom teeth removed "just because", despite them never having caused any problems. Also, the front desk lady remembered me after not having been in for eight months (!) and the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was thorough and quick. I have also never had any issues with this location being backed up like many dentists and doctors offices. Usually they can fit you in same day so long as your schedule is relatively clear, and they always take me back pretty much whenever I arrive, even if it's early. All the work I've had done has also been extremely well done. I love this place!.
I am writing this not to speak of my personal experiences here, however, instead, to discuss the blatant violation of state codes (laws) and unethical practices of Mona Dental. Per Texas Administrative Code Title 22 Part 5 Chapter 108 Subchapter A Rule 108.13 (a) The parent or guardian of a child younger than 18 years of age may be present in the treatment room during the child's dental treatment or procedure… After reviewing the consent forms at Dr. Houshiar’s office, the office policy state: ALL PARENTS ARE TO STAY OUT OF THE PROCEDURE ROOM, A blanket “no parents” policy violates the state law. Furthermore, the office staff is very saccharine, dismissive, and unhelpful. The dentist refused consultation and conversation with the office manager cites an imaginary policy which clients are not allowed to view. I do not recommend this practice. I have filed a complaint with the State Board of Dental Examiners. .

Dr. Saad it amazing. Best dentist I have ever had. My wife was totally afraid of getting dental work done until she came with me to an appointment. She now will go to the dentist and is no longer fearful of it. Dr. Saad is who I go to and bring my entire family to him as well. My brother had to have some very extensive work done in a surprise situaltion, and got in without an appointment. Best dentist in town. Jeremy.
Dr. LeBlanc and his staff are all great people. I've been seeing them for about 6 1/2 years and they are very professional, yet, they feel like family to me. They are going to make sure you are very comfortable and feeling no pain. Dr. LeBlanc did a wonderful job on my teeth. Now, I can smile with confidence. Thank you, Dr. LeBlanc.
