3The experience started out great with Dr long and then Dr Kramer sent the lady helping him over to us and then he came over and rudely told me to shut off my mothers phone. I told him that her phone was linked to her hearing aids and I was trying to turn the ringer down and he rolled his eyes and left the room. Kelsey and Paten told us everything was ok and not to worry about this . My mother paid over 2,000 dollars cash and had it not been for Kelsey working there se would have left. I personally have used Dr Smiths office for over 20 years and I Never have had an awful experience like this before. If Dr Kramer continues to treat patients like this this company will definitely loose patients. My mother is elderly and she thought she had done something wrong and l had to keep reassuring her that she didn’t. On a good note the rest of the staff were great and Dr Long was kind and he didn’t rush through and he answered all of my mothers questions .
