Dr. Gersten is thorough, conscientious and caring. I always feel that she is giving me superior level of care. The practice is constantly improving their processes and using the very newest technology and procedures. The follow through of both Dr.'s as well as the entire staff is impeccable..

Just left this office. I was finally seen by the dentist ONE HOUR after my scheduled appointment time for a consultation. I finally asked to speak to the office manager, who informed me that she stopped her lunch to see me. Sorry for the inconvenience! Of course I was given the usual response that the Dentist was tied up with an emergency. I can understand that this can happen, but you would think they would know there was going to be a delay of this magnatude and at least give me the option of rescheduling. I barely made it back to my scheduled meeting at work. I was informed that the dentists who own the office are only there once or twice a week. So you get the picture. BBB ranking of "D" for both of their locations. Just left this office. I was finally seen by the dentist ONE HOUR after my scheduled appointment time for a consultation. They are crooks. I have good insurance and have been going there for a few years and last time I went, over a year ago, they told me I needed to have over a thousand dollars worth of work (out of pocket, after insurance) and I said no. Then I saw them again recently and they said a ceramic onlay for one tooth would be $800 out of pocket (after insurance)!! I went to see another dentist in the area and he told me it didn't need to be done and if it ever did it would cost half of that. I've heard from multiple people that when they went there they were told they needed all this expensive work and then gone elsewhere and told they didn't or got it done much cheaper. There are too many dentists to have to stay with a bad one. They are crooks. Had the Best Experience I think anyone could have asked for. They were all very professional and kind, easy process for first time patient. Glad I found a great Dentist!.
