My husband had a extraction done. Was in pain going in but a whole lot more coming out! She did not wait for him to get numb. Was watching her watch for 5:00 was more concerned with the time then making sure he was numb before pulling his tooth. Has had teeth pulled before and never had a experience like this. And he is swollen up now as well. Never had that before. They don't have a problem with charging and getting paid. And front desk lady was very rude!

Dr Grasso is a superb technician, an artist and does everything possible to avoid pain and discomfort. She is patient, kind and an effective listener. Both my husband and I have complete trust in her recommendations and decisions.
