5so I just moved to area, made appt from previous location, as my dentist had found a cavity just a couple weeks before the move. Many emails and texts back and forth to send copies of insurance, fill out new patient forms, etc. Also call to dentist to have records sent to them. At the initial call they said they would only file with one insurance, and not my second one. Well, they said they did not get the records, had to call and have them sent again (all electronic) then pealocks office called with more questions - about the second insurance they wanted no info on intially. I asked if they got my records the second time, they said they didnt know, they were to call me back. They didnt. I had to call back to find out. Went to appt today and presented me with all the forms that I had filled out and emailed to them weeks ago. If this is how the office support is, I would not send anyone there. It will be a headache!! they try to use tech without success!
