1I visited Dr. Fay twice, both for routine cleanings. The first time was simple enough and went without any problems. Fast forward 6 months for my next cleaning and I am quickly diagnosed with 5 new cavities. Since I have had none before I wanted some more information but Dr. Fay was gone before I could ask a question. When I balked at the fees for the fillings, he explained to me that it "wasn't about the money but about my smile". I, of course, found another dentist but when they requested the x-rays, Fayâs office policy was to charge me for copies of my own x-rays when none of my last 4 dentists (I move a lot) have ever charged me for that. Literally the worst dentist I have ever had.

1Professional and honest regarding my dental needs. Dr. Traxler and his staff keep me informed of the process, dental and financial. The consultation and 1st implant extraction were completed without a glitch. I was pleasantly pleased.
