5From all these reviews I can only assume that they changed management teams and decided to hire people who worry more about quantity than quality. I just came back from a very disappointing experience after many years being a loyal patient at this office. The hygienist (blond dreads) was more interested in getting me in and out and ignored two complaints about pain and my gums hurting during the cleaning. Instead of fixing the issue her first reaction was to tell me "are you trying to tell me how to do my job?" Just terrible. I went and spoke to I guess the woman who was the office manager? and she nodded her head and told me "OK." Great job guys! Lost a patient.
