Dr. Therese Shortt does NOT educate the patient on the procedure she's about to perform, she expects you to educate yourself, so please educate yourself! She also does not put the patient’s best interest first; instead she focuses on the 'profit' she will make off the procedure she performs. Unfortunately, I have to give at least 1 star, but Dr. Therese Shortt doesn't even deserve that! I put my trust and my smile into this educated doctor, to make the best decision, and she failed..

The ONLY Dentist I will EVER Trust & Allow to perform dental work on me. I was so Petrified of Dentists I would Panic Attack & leave right after numbing. BUT during my first & every appointment after with her I've only ever felt the slightest pinch when being numbed, without a doubt the "Best Stick" ever! She has filled well over 20+ Cavities (Deep, Wraparound & Gum-line) 1 Root-canal & 2 Crowns for me. Plus when I was in unbearable pain she made time that day just to get me out of pain. A++.
After many years of searching I finally found a great dentist. Dr Conforti and her team set the standard for care. I will never go anywhere else..
