I was not planning on writing a review after my first bad experience at Beverly Hills Prestige Dental Group. But after a second even worse experience I decided that I wanted other people to know to listen to the negative reviews you see here as they all are true. First of all, please be aware that they WILL try to upsell you on things you don’t need. I was told that I needed an antibiotic treatment due to an gum infection in my mouth. I was pretty shocked by this because I have good oral hygiene- but of course when a professional tells you something like that the first reaction is to trust them. However- in retrospect it really did not make any sense. They gave me a small tray of foam to put on my teeth and I held it there for 30 seconds or so and took it out. If I really had an infection that would not have really helped, it was just a way they could get an additional $50 out of me. At the end of my appointment, which other than the upselling was fairly standard, they told me I shou.
I was having a procedure completed on 4/20, not aware of my new dentist. All I can say, is that if I had to have any or this procedure done again, he would be my first choice. I love my dentist, I can not describe him any other way but awesome!!!! Me like most persons,we all hate the dentist, but since I have met him and he has cared for me during my procedure I am so relieved. My blood pressure would always be up before I saw anyone, now I am so relaxed. He also plays good music ..
I've had different dental work done elsewhere before, but he is the best.
Dr. Omid was very considerate and professional. He explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me options. His newly remodeled office was amazing and very welcoming. Great doctor and management!!.
This review is intended for the sister store on Imperial Blvd in South Gate.I purchased a used complete set of Cooper Tires which had approx 80% tread left on them. Now I know that used tires do not have warrenty. My first issue was approximately 1 1/2 months after purchasing them. One of the tires developed a large bubble on the inner side of the tire. I drove my vehicle like this from Long Beach which is where i live to South Gate where I purchased them. I told him that I purchased this set of tires here yes they are a used set. He tells me that I am sorry but there is no warrenty on used tires. I said I am aware but can you replace this one with the same type of tire? He said yes i can but I dont have one in stock you will have to come back tomorrow he was going to get it from a different location. I asked him how much is it going to cost, he tells me 60.00. He could of discounted this replacement tire but he chose not to because of the No Warrenty Policy.. I was a bit furious because now I had to drive home on this same bubble tired endangering my life. So on my way home I stopped at a couple of tire places and I found one and purchased it and it only cost me 40.00. I was not going to go back to Garcias Tires, I was just going to leave it at that. Well 3 weeks later I had no choice but to go back because a second tire developed a bubble. Again he told me he didnt have one and this time he was going to look for one for me and call the next day so I left him my phone number. Well a couple of days went by and he didnt call me back. So I called him and asked him if he had found one for me. He told me no he had not. I told him well Freddy can you please put a replcement tire on for me while you find me this tire. I told him that I am endangering my life driving my vehicle this way. He said yes he would. That following moring I went down there and he had put a replacement tire on for me. I dont think he was going to charge me for it but I offered to give him 1/2 of the money which was $30.00 for the replacement tire that he was going to look for me and once he got it he could have the replacement tire back and use the money I gave him toward the replacement cooper tire. Of course he took it. So I was a happy camper thinking he was seriously going to look for me a new tire. One week passed no call so I called him and ask him if he found my tire? He tells me that he had not seen one. I said to him, Are you looking for me a tire or you waiting to see if and when one is going to come into the shop? He said to me I have not found one. I said Freddy I don't want you to tell me because you took so long to find me a tire that your not going to take this replacement tire back because of the use that I put on it and charge me $60.00 for the tire your looking for for me. He said to me no that he was looking and he would call me. I said to him please hurry it was already over a week that I have had this replacement tire. Now were going on 2 full weeks no call from Freddy. I had to call him and give him the bad news. I called him and said Freddy guess what? You need to find me 2 more replacement tires because now a 3rd tire developed a bubble he said ok. He was like WHAT? Ok he will find me two more tires. Well this unprofessional guy had no intentions on finding me replacement tires, nor did he ever have any intention to call me back. He just assumed that I was just going leave it alone. After four weeks yes I am leaving it alone, i can't take them to court because of the no warrenty on used tires. Now I have had to purchase me a whole new complete set tires because of the ignorance of some people and the nonsese that was going on from Garcia's Tires on Imperial Blvd in South Gate. I will never go back to this tire shop nor will will refer anybody to it..
She has been our family Dentist for more than 10 years. She is very kind, and caring, and will go out of her way to make you comfortable while performing any procedure. Her office is immaculately clean. From Dr. Garcia's sophistication, to the smart, sweet Reception attendants, and her very professional assistants, I would not change my attractive dentist team for any other. Kudos to you all from your pal Luis F..
