4Allure Family Dental canceled my crown-replacement appointment 5 times - after I had shown up! First, they had mis-scheduled the type of appointment. Second time, they said they couldn\'t find my records. Third time, the dentist had a family emergency. Fourth time, they said that it had been too long and they needed to clean my teeth first, so that had to be scheduled. Fifth time, although I was 30 minutes early, they had canceled my appointment and given it away to someone else because they said they had not been able to reach me to confirm. They didn\'t try too hard though-there were no voicemail messages. I offered to stay as late as necessary for the dentist to fit me in, but they said that would not be possible as the dentists never work late. Of course they didn\'t ask any dentists. Also, for one of my cleanings, when I called because I was stuck in traffic behind a car accident, they told me that if I were 10 minutes late they would cancel my appointment, no exceptions.
