Best Dentist In City - Dr. Kalpana Kaveti, DMD

Dr. Stephanie Hanyon, DMD

My son has been a patient of Dr. Hanyon’s for many years now. He came to her with multiple (and what I would call complex) dental issues. He was not an easy patient due to his young age and hypersensitivity of his teeth. She worked with us, her staff always assisted with extra care, and she created a treatment plan for our son with other dentists that has worked thus far and has worked well. She genuinely cares for her patients and has an excellent bed side manner and I can say the same in regards to her kind and friendly staff from front desk to the dental assistants and any I may be missing. I highly recommend her for the care of your child..

My daughter is terrified of needles, Dr. Hanyon was recommended by our family dentist. She is very thorough with explaining everything and makes the kids feel as comfortable as possible. Even when my daughter was uncooperative she was understanding and tried to help her feel less scared. We have had 4 procedures with her and my daughter is much more comfortable with having work done by Dr Hanyon. We are very happy with her..

Dr. Hanyon is an excellent pediatric dentist. She spends time well with our 3 children and explains thoroughly. The staff has been courteous over the phone, makes appointments at good times, and calls with reminders the day before. We all recommend her highly..

Absolutely fantastic new facility. Can't say enough about the place or the staff. My 8 year old was scared to death of Dr Ehrhart in Moscow so we tried Dr Paoli. Absolutely no regrets, he now looks forward to going back....My only wish is that they worked on adults cause I want to be a patient there..

I can't say enough about Dr. Paoli and Dr. Hanyon. I was called by my son's school saying he was in terrible mouth pain. I could not get in with his dentist so I called the office of Doctors Paoli & Hanyon. Keep in mind that he wasn't even a patient! The kind receptionist was able to communicate my story to Dr. Paoli and they said to bring him in immediately. Once there, the office was beautiful, professional, and well-run. The doctor was amazing and my son felt so comfortable. In fact, he can't wait to return!.

This was my first visit to the dentist with my 2 yr old son and when I went for the appt I also had with me my 9 month old son. After talking to the receptionist to make my appt I told her I had no dental insurance and she told me that an "oral exam" is 45 dollars. Great, I made the appt. The office had a very nice waiting area which was good because we waited at least 40 minutes for our appt. Once we were in the room, the hygienist was great with my son; she looked at his teeth, counted his teeth and then cleaned his teeth. After she was done we waited probably at least another 10 minutes for the doctor to come in. The doctor looked at his teeth, counted his teeth and then painted his teeth with fluoride or something. Finally, we were done! I go to check out and my bill was 120.00. What? I said. Oh well, your son was just so good we were able to do a full exam. This made me very unhappy because I was there for an 'oral exam' - which I thought cost 45 dollars - how am I to know what this includes and what was more frustrating is that not once did the receptionist apologize and every time I said something she just kept saying well your son was just so good he sat for everything. Well, in my opinion, I should of been told this as the exam was going on. Like - oh he is being so good I'm going to do this next step and then this step and it will cost you this. No, they just kept going with everything and didn't tell me anything as I sat in the room with him. So, I paid and left with a very, very sour taste on my mouth. On my way home, I decided to call and speak to the office manager which they don't have one. Or at least that is what I was told. I talked with the receptionist again and tried to explain how unhappy I was and that I should of been told about all these other charges. She spoke to the doctor - not Paoli - and then came back on the phone to tell me - well I was sitting right there and saw all this going on - REALLY??? So, now this is my fault for not knowing? Grrrrr - very mad - and of course the receptionist was not listening to me which made me more mad and more loud TRYING to talk over her and when I finally stopped talking to hear what she was trying to say over me was - IM HANGING UP NOW. So, I hung up, as did she. UGH - what a GREAT experience for my first dentist visit - NOT REALLY!!! I will never go back to this office and I recommend that no one go here - and if you do - make sure you know what is EXACTLY going to go on and what you will be charged for - also I would check before you go what insurance they take as a woman and her son left the office after they were there to find out that office DID NOT take their dental insurance and the best part was that the two at the front desk were then talking about her while I sat in the lobby waiting - NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL..
