The office was very nice , clean and welcoming. The receptionist smiled and said hello when I entered the reception area. Soon the Hygienist brought me to the treatment room and made me comfortable. She explained what they would be doing for me that day. Then the Dr. did the exam and xrays were taken. Later the recommended treatments were explained to me. Alternatives were described. I didn\'t feel pressured. I felt informed.
