I am a former patient of Dr. Fagioletti and felt the need to write this review to warn others about her and her staff. This dentist is not a skilled practitioner. If you do choose to go to Dr. Fagioletti make sure that for any procedure she says you need you should go get a second opinion. Also under HIPAA law you are entitled to your medical records. I called the front desk staff to ask for my records to be sent to me I was told, "we do not do that". When I then said that I know my rights the receptionist said she "couldn't hear me". I suggested that she listen harder or move to a quieter area because I was not going to yell. She got very upset, and said I was "not allowed to talk to her that way" and hung up the phone, which was very unprofessional. I was being reasonable, she was not. Dr. Fagioletti claims to have a process for distributing medical records but they will only send the records to another dentist and refuse to send them to an individual. This is not legal..

Glenwood Dental is wonderful!!! The staff are very patient and friendly, My whole family goes to this office and they really make you feel like they have your best interest at heart. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!!.
