Let's start with this...I'm terrified of the dentist. Like I stayed away for 20+ years due to fear, type of terrified. I broke a wisdom tooth a few months ago and the pain of infection was too much to bear anymore. Of course this happened on a Friday when nobody was open. I called Hartley, caught them right as they were closing, and they were able to get me in right away on Monday. Everybody there was so nice and understanding about my fear, even though I was in tears and probably sounded completely ridiculous. Dr. Hartley is incredibly gentle and reassuring, and all of the techs I've met so far are wonderful as well. They were also very accommodating with a payment plan even though I had never been there before. Now a few months and a couple visits later I am at the point where I didn't even need any "pharmaceutical encouragement" for my last filling appointment, haha! I also brought my son in for his first dental appt. and Dr. Swanson was great with him. My son was so relaxed that he actually fell asleep in the chair. I can't believe that anybody got me to be comfortable with going to the dentist, but these people are amazing!.
