It's a fine line that all professionals walk between doing their jobs and explaining to those who they serve how the jobs are done. Ivan walked it perfectly and with grace as he diagnosed, and then efficiently developed what will hopefully be the optimal solution for addressing the likely culprit of my sleep apnea. He first got to know me as a person and as we talked was able to observe the biomechanics of my speech to inform which paths he should consider going down to ensure he found the root of the problem. In the process I learned enough about him to know that he is a really good guy and motivated to do the right things for those he serves..
I was afraid of having a tooth pulled, but Dr. Zager and his staff were extraordinary! Everything was explained, the process not nearly as bad as I thought and the excellent and easy to follow instructions for recovery were very helpful. I had no swelling or bruising and minimal pain (to be expected). Dr. Zager gets my highest recommendation!!.

Above what i expected. VERY thorough, they detected a few problems i had no idea were there. Really good explanations of what they were doing at the time and what the treatment plan would be. And painless throughout. They took care of quite a bit in just one visit. scc.
The staff there, are great. They will explain everything up front based on your care plan. The doc, now he is awesome ????, and really takes good care of his patients..
